Roll n lock cargo manager

Hi guys, I'm From Monterrey Mexico, I installed a roll n lock bed cover, and I didn't like the idea of not use the cargo rack that had my truck, that why I'm interesting in get the roll n lock cargo manager, do you have some experience with it?

Do you know if I could use the original Tie Down?

Hope I could explain, I have the Language barrier....
