    My guess is you bent something on the suspension, probably a spindle.

    Also your alignment is completely out now and the alignment tabs are most likely gone.

    i pulled a james one time it sucked, bent a rim put a bubble in my tire and effed up my alignment really bad. with all three issues i couldn't drive more than 30 mph without the truck shacking like crazy the drive home and to toyota the next day was fun :)
