When I took my shock out and cycled the suspension it would make the sound on sudden jerks. I had the truck on jack stands and a jack under the arm. When I slowly jack it, it was completely quiet and smooth throughout the stroke. If I let it sit then gave the jack a quick push down it would make the "pop" sound. Every time, and at every point throughout travel. If I slowly jack it up then a quick jerk in the middle, there was no pop.

So here is I think. I almost can guarantee it was coming from the inner LCA mounts. I know most of us are tightening those really tight to make sure LT doesnt move it around, which squeezes those LCA mounts on your frame a little bit more than its used to. Also your lower mount rubber is harder than stock and mine are solid heims, which both transmit a lot more sound vs stock

I didn't check my LCA. I did regrease all the zerks though to see if that would fix it but it didn't. I jacked the truck up yesterday to check for bad wheel bearings and that was negative. At least the tires weren't able to move when I pushed on the 12-6 or the 9-3 positions.

My tie rods look fine to me. They don't move at all whether on the ground or jacked up. I'll take the pin and castle nut off today and check the ball joint. I didn't have enough time to check last night

It sounds like the urethane lower bushings. My truck used to make all kinds of squeaks and pops all the time, thats just the sounds of performance.

I was going to sell it for $1,000. It is the stage 2 kit so that means the front coil overs, rear mx6 adjustable shocks, drop brackets, 2-3" lift blocks for the leafs and some pretty beefy spindles. It has all the pieces with the exception of a few bolts I'm sure. Shipping that to NC would be expensive
