You can run ithe wire under the driver's side front and back door seals, up and behide the plastic that is behind the rear seat, to the rear window. The sliding rear windows have a small notch at the bottom a few inches from the left edge. Drill a small hole. Make sure you don't drill through the outside weather stripping. Run the wire through the hole. The wire is now outside the truck. Run the wire under the weather stripping along the bottom, up the left side, across the top to the gutterr. You need some new 3-M two-sided tape. Pull the trim out a little from the gutter, run the wire along the gutter (under the rubber trim) to where you need it. It is a lot easier than it sounds. If you need I can take pictures tomorrow.
