Just got my 06 AC TRD-OR....have 4 Nice lights off my wrangler. I want to mount them on my taco, but cant decide whether to get a roof rack and mouth them up there, or get a brush guard....I also havent seen any brush guards im loving yet either...

Get a light bar from N-fab. They look way better than brush guards.

Is that the N-Fab light bar? Looks pretty good. If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay? I don't want my lights to go to waste, and as for custom building a roof rack....I wish. My wife is 7 months pregnant and i have a to do list a mile long. I can't find time to order a part let alone one off one. haha

I voted roof rack just cause you dont see many with the lights up top. if I had access to a welder I would make myself one too.

    Rain Visors,
does anyone have a close up picture of that N-Fab. It looks like it would take me about an hour to fab that up....If anyone can take a picture of the mounting points and underside I would really be thankful. I have enough scrap and angle iron in my garage to build another taco, so a light bar should be cake.

    Its a bicycle.
    two questions,

first Kasey... WHERE did you get that rack!!!???

and second, is it true if you order the truck WITH the rack, the mounting bolts are welded in? and you cant really remove them without permanent damage?

but if you buy it(the toyota one) later, you will simply just bolt it on through preexisting holes? with no real permanant change to the truck?

and what is the best roof rack if you want COMPLETE impermanance?

Toku, I did keep a picture of your set-up for reference. I absolutely love your truck. I'll need to throw in your name on the title for props. :D
