They don't give out a weight limit for it... but going off the fact that some of these tents are big enough for 4 people I would sure hope they'd work.

As per his website, the load capacity will vary depending on amount of crossbars. I personaly have walked on the roof while loading my zodiac approx 400 lb on the stock bar setup. I imagine with 4-6 extra bars you could easily handle a 4man rtt. Im not an engineer. Maybe call/message him.

Awesome. How do you like it so far? I'll be 7 weeks this Friday, so hoping to get a shipping notice soon. I was figuring that I was told 4 weeks, so maybe 6 weeks to my door for delivery. Just missed my first trip this weekend because of no rack. Supposed to have another one this weekend, which isn't looking good.

Not knocking him. Just patiently waiting . I hear they're great racks.

I ordered March 5. Got my cabrack and the toprack is supposed to be here Thursday. I would do it again even though the wait was awful.

I ordered a cab and cap rack on April 21. I was told last week it was supposed to ship late last week or this week. The wait is killing me as well.

i narrowed it down to the slimline and the prinsu, i could of gotten either for about the same price, but everyone on here rants and raves about the prinsu so thats the way i went. The build quality is good im very impressed with it overall and its styling. Ive had many compliments on it thus far and stares from blocks away. I would not have chosen differently. As far as getting the rack it probably comes down to added accesories/powdercoat etc. There are still people 8-9 weeks in from the group buy waiting on the rack. I feel i was lucky to get mine as quick as i did. Hands down worth the wait.

Yes once it was ready for ups p/u i was notified via email. Check your junk/spam folders.

Sign up on UPS site to be notified anytime anyone schedules a package to be delivered to your address. That way you'll make sure your notified. But he will give you shipping info as soon as he generates the tracking number.

I'd like to see a front runner in person. The one thing that made me go with Prinsu as the look. It's not a rectangular rack that sits on top my truck. It has lines and curves. That little bit of style sets it apart from other racks.

I went with the Rhino Rack Pioneer system. Just too many accessories you can add or change to fit needs. Plug and play.

    I felt the same.
I saw a front runner in person the other day on a Taco, and it just looks like a metal pallet up there.

Those using the prinsu cabrac with a tent ontop, how easy is it to take the tent on and off the rac if it is mounted over the actual cab of the vehicle (I have a tonneau cover)

Thanks for the post, the white Prinsu looks pretty sharp. Ran my "red headed step-taco" idea past the wifey, she said absolutely not; but maybe to red on the side or cross bars.

I was pretty close to pulling the trigger on a Frontrunner, but now I'm leaning toward the Prinsu. For any of you that have it, does it whistle at highway speed on your taco? Are some of frontrunner accessories compatible with the Prinsu?
