Roof racks for regular cab tacomas...?

    If it's not a double cab ...drilling holes in roof will be required ...remember stock is just a starting point for your project warranty
    Is made to be VOIDED !

    This is what I did as well but used cut down rhino ditch tracks for a double cab instead. Dropped the headliner and moved the side curtain airbags out of the way(but did not disconnect, just unbolted them). That allowed me unfettered access for laying out where to make the holes, cold galvanizing the holes, caulking them, and bolting the tracks in with SS button head cap screws, SS washers, and SS nylocks. The tracks also come with enough butyl patches for each of the holes. Edit- the ditch channels are several layers of sheet metal thick and there are spots with even more layers. I don’t know about single cabs but double and access cabs both have a cross beam that overlaps the channels so that’s where I located one set of holes. 2 years and many drive through washes and no leaks.
