Been thinkin' about mounting a roof rail, maybe a small basket or some lights on my '10 Access cab.
Obviously, the OEM roof rail with stowable rails is for the double cab only, since the rails are longer than my access cab is front to back.

So why does my Access cab even have the plastic covered rail strip on the roof? Is there some way to intall a Thule or Yakima without using the door sill clips? Is some other OEM accessory available to install on the Access cab roof rail strip? Anybody out there do an aftermarket install or custom setup to address any of this??

Thanks any & all comments appreciated
