I'm taking off my FrontRunner rack and want to replace the rubber moulding that I needed to punch holes in for the rack. Any idea what the part number is so I can order on ebay?

    Cheers,

Merci! Hard to believe they're 80 bucks a pop. I think I'm going to swap my punched ones with the guy that's buying the rack from me.

    Thanks @Unchained 5150

I'm pretty sure the bolts are M6 - does anyone know the correct length (OEM)? I'm removing the rack and can't find my original bolts to replace.

Mine didn't have any bolts in it from the factory, just stickers covering the nutserts under the drip molding.

Aha! I think you're correct. That would be a good reason why I couldn't find the bolts.... I put it on a while back and didn't remember. I guess just slathering it up with silicone would be the way to go. Maybe put on a piece of gorilla tape. :)

Gorilla tape would probably work. I just remember the stickers because they matched the paint color really well, so when I pulled the weatherstripping to mount my rack I about had a heart attack thinking that I didn't actually have the mounting points and would have to drill the dang roof.
