    I took the risk on a camping trip and it worked out well! Not the coolest looking option, but gave me extra storage for sleeping bags, camping chairs etc.

    Had mine on the prinsu roof rack while we had the RTT

    Now that I sold the RTT and bought a trailer, I moved it down to the rack and it's much more accessible/useful for day to day usage.

    I'm thinking I may use a cargo box for added storage on an upcoming trip.

    I was interested to hear how these faired off road. It sounds like they dont crumble into bits...

    I'd only put a light load in there... just pads, bedding, etc.

    I am tryimg to avoid having to take it. :fingerscrossed:

    It is not huge - some 6' long and 30" wide. It would ride on 3 bars on top of the smart cap.
