Was camping a few weeks ago in the desert.. Inwas in my Tepui RTT and my friends were in ground tents (kelty and marmot) some high winds (70 mph gusts) kicked up while we were sleeping. All of their tents got flattened out to the point that they were touching peoples faces and their tents were full of dirt and grit. My tepui flapped around a little bit, my truck rocked a little bit, but it held up just fine and no dirt got in at all.

I have wayyy too many options for outdoor sleeping (ground tent, hammock, sleeping under the stars) but my rtt is my fave for truck camping
