I almost never go thru a carwash but did a few days ago. Near the end I saw something fall that I thought was one of my wiper blades. Checked after and didn't see anything missing so thought it must have been a piece of their equipment. Few days later I was up in the bed loading stuff and saw that it was one of the roof trim pieces. Wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been up there. Went back and they had it, snapped right back on. Just a heads up!

Was it one of the black rubber strips on the left/right side there? Or the "FIN" at the center that fell off? I only see one pic here, not sure if you had two but ones not loading for me

Yes be happy they still had it. Getting a new one is ridiculously expensive for just some rubber.

Mine has came off twice in the car wash (always the air dryer that knocks it off). I now go really slow over the hood and fenders , then quickly skirt past the cabin , then slow again over the bed haha

Happens all the time. If its an automatic car wash all you have to do is put it in drive once the blowers are above you. 99% of automatic car washes have around 3-10 blowers that span the last 10-30 feet of the car wash. Employees don't get paid enough to care if you skip that part.

dont ask how I know this
