There is a super friendly Dog and a couple reptiles on site.

A little about me. I'm a professional creative who works from home and avid Toyota off road Enthusiast. I am mechanically inclined, technically savvy, and i thoroughly enjoy cooking. I enjoy music, movies and routine camping excursions.

I am looking for a quiet, professional single person (sorry no couples), non-smoker, that is respectful, neat and quiet, with the ability of paying your bills on time. Someone who is taking the pandemic seriously. I am a high risk individual and needs someone who will respect that. I keep early hours so someone on a similar schedule would be preferred.

Please provide a brief description of your day to day schedule, work hours, type of work and reason for needing to rent the room. Looking for the right fit in a quiet, private and respectful, and clean house mate.
