    How far are you from the PHX airport? If you are close, you might be able to find a pilot looking for a "crash pad", basically, a home away from home. A lot of pilots do not live in the city they fly out of so they find a place to stay. All some care about is a bed, toilet and shower. Some want a nice quiet place...with stuff to do nearby.

    I had a crash pad in Cleveland that was a DUMP but I spent very little time in it. I also rented a room out in my house in Louisville to a UPS pilot. He paid nearly half my mortgage and I RARELY saw him...it was perfect!!

    Look at the Southwest Pilot Forum or America West/US Air...

    The price is on the high side but you might find someone willing to pay.

    Disclaimer: a lot of pilots these days have taken pretty big pay cuts. Few make the big money anymore...some still do. AND...pilots are cheap bastards for the most part!
