I had a Rostra cruise control installed on my 2009 Access Cab 4 cyl. automatic shortly after I bought it new and it has worked flawlessly until recently. I press the button and the light does not come on and the cruise does not work. My truck had all the factory wiring installed and all they had to do was install the stalk. I have checked the fuses and see no issue with those. Any suggestions what else to check for would be appreciated.

Well, I finally decided to try to replace the stalk myself after finding them dirt cheap on Amazon. Mine was $13 shipped. Installation was much easier than I expected although I was a bit antsy removing the air bag. There were lots of videos on Youtube on how to do it. Disconnecting the Pos + battery cable, popping of the bolt access covers, loosening the T30 bolts for the airbag. Moved the airbag to one side, two screws to remove the stalk and one plug. I used the old plug and it fit perfectly. I put everything back together, started it up and pushed the cruise on button and was thrilled to see the little green "cruise" light illuminated. So, $13 and 20 mins. was all it took. It works perfectly and I realized how much I missed having it.
