    It depends on the tread pattern, it hasn't been specified much in this thread but yeah you gotta check that your tires are non-directional if you're swapping sides

    4 tire X rotation and rebalance the ones going to the front every 5k miles. Front tires go straight back, rear tires cross and go to the front. I do it at the same interval as the oil change, which is what most tire manufacturers recommend.

    Rotation with each and every oil change. I'm very lucky and fortunate that I work so close to Home, exactly 4.7 miles to work and or Home so under 10 actual miles a day. I average about 5k miles per year.
