Anybody with a 3D Printer that can make a dust cap for the rotopax lock? Or anyone know if someone has already made these? I’m thinking of a cap that can be inserted into the keyhole, doesn’t need to lock, just needs to be able to stay on and cover the lock to keep it from water. I got the dust caps in the 3rd photo/screenshot below but I realized if I modified it to fit, the cap might not latch on anymore. Let me know! If it hasn’t been made I’m sure a lot of people would want it to protect their locks and make them more durable.

I just put a small piece of blue painters tape over my lock face, spread a little car wax on the rest as a mold release.

Then proceeded to dip the handle into a bath of Plasti-Dip several times, doing something like 5-7 layers. Allowing to cure enough between dips per the instructions.

Once fully thick enough and fully cured, I just peeled them off, did some minor trimming and Bob's your uncle.

Removed the blue painters tape from the lock. Now I just pop these covers on each of my Rotopax locks. Pretty much waterproof and absolutely dust proof.
