    Part it out.......

Start ripping parts off it and sell them on ebay. You'll get more money from doing that then trying to sell it 'as is' and worrying about the next owner.

It might take a while.... I had a 92 Jeep Wrangler that was totalled that I bought back from the insurance company. It took me about 5 years to totally get rid of everything. I ripped parts off it, kept what I wanted to keep and started selling everything else. Right down to the frame. Even some stuff that you can't sell, people will take for free.

so nobody else thinks its fixable? The whole idea of parting it out would work if i wanted to wait 5 years to have another truck to drive.

Well, anything is fixable with enough work. But is it worth it? You may fix it now and then have to fix other areas (that currently look ok) in the future.

none except for crappy hub caps and floor mats.
That truck isn't safe to drive as-is. Secondly, frames are usually made of some sort of tempered steel. Plain soft steel might not repair it properly. Sucks to see that. I'd at least try to contact Toyota Corporate. If you were to wreck as a result of the frame, I fail to see how they could not be held at least partially accountable, so they might cut you some slack if you're "threatening" enough.
