SWEET! You going about an extra inch to compensate for the weight of the winch bumper? Any pics how she sits?

Here's the best picture for now. Got the winch all hooked up, the truck is only sitting about a 1/2 " lower with the bumper and winch right now. I'm gonna drive it around tomorrow and see how much it settles. I was honestly expecting it to say a lot more than that haha20181014_214726.jpg

Heres how it sits before the adjustment to get it where I want. Now it's down q full inch in the front after driving around for a bit

Thanks man! It has a 1" rake as it sits right now. It's at 42" ground to fender in the front and 43" in the back

I have this same lift and have been looking into the 6in coilovers too. There's not much info on them, do you happen to know your caster numbers, I still have factory uca and feel like the truck wonders at speed. Been looking into the jba uca and those coilovers you have. How's it ride

I haven't gotten an alignment since I installed them, truck does wander a little bit but I dont know it's from the lift or not. I would definately get some uca. Rides real smooth, just depends on how much weight you have in the front and how high they are set. The more weight you have in them the better they feel

Weirich, really considering the 6" Rough Country lift. I ran into a guy today that has the lift but he also had to get an extended drive shaft. I saw where you made reference to a different drive shaft one time. Did you also get an extended drive shaft with your 6" lift set up and if so, through who please?

It's not an extended drive shaft, buy it is a custom double cardin from tom woods. All you have to do is measure from the transfer case flange to the rear flange on the third member. Use that when placing your order.

Thanks appreciate it. My real question is how much of the Rough Country gear from their overall kit that I really need to install. I have AllPro Expedition lift (10 leaves total) in the back already and a Icon Stage III install on the front. I am curious if this is the same Icon shock you had put on years (you mention 6" but not sure if that is the same as what I have). Figure I would have to replace the existing skid plates I have with the Rough Country one that appears specific to their kit and especially with the new lift height. Here is a picture of my front end (below). You will also notice the Dirt Kings LCA and Ready Lift Tie Rods. Wondering if they would cause any issues with their lift kit but probably is a question for Rough Country as is what I really need to buy. Complete build on my truck is here.

You may need a shackle flip like I have in the back end. That combined with the leaf packs should have you sitting between 5-6" in the back. As far as the front and rear shocks go, icon has some 6" versions of their shocks available. The rough country skid plate works with pretty much anything that you put on the truck too. The lower control arms and tie rods shouldn't cause any issues either.

This is a picture of my setup with one leaf packs and before the shackle flip. I went with archive garage for it and it gave me 2" of lift.
