I can say with full confidence that after 2 days of driving with these covers on they are super comfortable! They add a cushy feeling that I really like. They definitely have a strong formaldehyde odor so maybe learn from my impatience and let them air out for a couple days.

Just installed mine. It was a pain in the a55 on the driver power seat. Not as bad on passenger manual seat. Don’t fit as tight as I would like on theseat part. But it will work.

Tacoma is mostly stock, the WRX isn't.
Installed mine the other day in my 2022 O. R. I pulled the driver's seat out and removed the plastic around the bottom to get them tucked in around the power seat controls. Passenger seat I unbolted from the floor but left it in the truck with the plastic on and got them tucked in. I'm pretty happy, I just wish I had bought the set for the rear also. For some reason I didn't realize I wouldn't able to get it later.

I finally received mine after a long wait. Installed the rears today & the larger seat lower portion had an issue. The bungee style connections that go across the back of the seat come up about 2-3" short. No matter how much I pulled them there was no way they were going to connect to each other. I think I will wait to see if they stretch out over time or i may have a fix, just wondering if anyone else had this issue? The install was easy other than that & I love the quality, fit & look so far.

Does anyone use the factory seat heaters with those covers? Any issues with that?

Mine did not connect either. I connected them to the hinge and to the click belts.

Pull harder. I connected mine but my hands have scrapes, cuts and sore still two days later. They are tighter then tight.

Mine came in today, I think they were the only ones left in Canada, had to get refunded twice from companies that told me after I paid that they didn’t have them, the third time I called first!
Anyway, install wasn’t too bad, definitely unbolt your front seats at a minimum, the back seat bungees do connect but you really have to pull on them as well as pulling the sides back super tight. Good luck with the front cross bungee on the driver seat if you’ve got power, it wants to pull down on the power switch, I ended up not connecting it, I feel like I might have got the none power seat covers by accident.
As mentioned from others, a little puffy on the fronts ass/back but they seem pretty comfortable. As far as the look, I love them, I think the dark looks way better then that light gray strip the seats have from factory.
Can’t really complain for the price.
Yes my truck is dirty, I’m in Manitoba and there’s 100 feet of snow still!

I pulled on mine until I thought I was going to rip the bungees off. I ended up tying a loop of para cord and connecting the bungees to that. I will look at them in a few weeks when it warms up some more to see if they have stretched enough to connect together.

ya I ended up using some zipties to join them. No one can see them so thats fine, but everything else fit perfectly...don't know why they shorted me on those ones & wanted to see if it was common, thx!

Have had the rough country seat covers since I had 10 miles on the truck, by far one of the best purchase for longevity in the interior, my truck still smells brand new since I think having the seat covers "locks in" that new car smell

This is what I did as well. Only the double seat in the rear was too short. I pulled on this so hard trying to get them to connect that I was worried the stitched seams were about to give. I settled for zipties and can tighten them if I ever need to. They been on since the first week of February with no issues.

Also for anyone wondering, my heated seat install is still working great. I leave well before the sun is up each morning, so I use them daily and absolutely love them.

Where would we be without zip ties and duct tape?

If you’ve got it to work then that’s all that matters, I don’t think it’s a strap length thing though, more material needs to be stretched around back to get them to reach each other.

There might be some discrepancies in the batches of seat covers RC orders from whatever factory in China these are made. I hadn't seen anyone else mention it before in the thread, so I was surprised to find mine were a little short on the straps.

The way you have all that extra material pulled over the ends is not happening with my cover on that back seat. I spent a couple of hours installing them and what you see in my picture is stretched to the MAX. Almost to the point of hearing the stitching start to pull out. Seems like @johnnyringo1970 and @TXnativeson ran into the same problem as well. Maybe our three sets came from the same production batch.

I'm in Canada too...there was no way mine were going to reach no matter how much I pulled. Definitely look like mine & a few others were shorter for some reason. All good now & i can't see them so I'm content, they are really well built I must say & am happy with the results.

I'm right there with you. Minor inconvenience that can't be seen unless you flip the seat up. I haven't given another thought until I saw a few posts here.

I would 10/10 buy these again for the price. Plus, not tearing my stock upholstery apart for heated seats was just icing on the cake.
