    That's a good idea. I had tried a memory foam car seat someone had recommended on TW and it was too thick.

    The first test ride with the new seat covers with the foam is much more comfortable. Here is how I approached it:
    1) Traced out half of the cut profile along the seam about the plastic side panel.
    2) Cut that half off then folded it in half to mirror the pattern.
    3) Transfer the pattern onto the second sheet of foam.

    2 tips from this experience are to hang the seat covers in the sun to warm them up. They pulled over the back fairly easy. The second is to use clean, sharp scissors not the rusty Milwaukees that I started with :)

    @trailcarnage - that looks really good. If I ever have to cover mine again (after washing, etc) I may add those foam inserts. Those would be quite helpful.

    Yeah, that's how mine look and it's what they say to do in the video. Tuck the seat cover behind the plastic panel where the power seat controls are. I unbolted my seats and it made it alot easier, Its just four bolts each.
