I’d stay away from Rough Country. There stuff isn’t a good long term choice due to low quality. You should be able to get some bilstein 5100 for around a few hundred more.

Have over 1000 miles on my 2020 TRD OffRoad without any issues with the RC 2" Strut Leveling Kit - I also added the RC N3 shocks in the rear

Thanks for the response. It seems like all of the negative responses are from the people who have never used Rough Country.

I have only used their shocks - They only ever lasted 30K miles before they would get to the point where you could push them in and the shaft wouldnt come back out on its own. Shot.

5100s are totally proven, and do last a while, AND work great....so itll be hard to change minds given the 'lift strut' market we have available to us.

I will say for the price, seems worth a shot. Youd be in it for that and an alignment is all.

The RC set up works well for me, and comes with a 3 year warranty which is backed by my local shop thru RC - Note: I am not a hard core off roader, but do spend quite a bit of time on off road trails.
My local shop sold me the kit for $385 (front and rear) plus install (3.00 hrs) and alignment total was $485 with tax and shop supplies for an out the door cash price of $870

I can say only what I know the Jeep shop told me years ago when I wanted to lift my old Liberty CRD. I asked about rough country and they said we put them on tons of XJs that only get used for play but people that drive them daily always want something better after living with it every day.
I put old man emu on the jeep and was very happy with it.
I would say stick with Bilstein, OME, Dobson's and other quality brands.

I am 15K in on the 3" version of this strut with no issues what so ever. I also have the RC N3 shocks in the rear. I initially put the 2" block in the rear, but have since upgraded to a TOYTEC AAL. These are fine for occasional offroad use. They are not built for heavy duty offroad. I also run an aftermarket UCA with mine.
