Rough idle goes away P0301? Any advice?

Hi i have a 1999 tacoma prerunner 3.4. 280,000 miles. So i have had this issue the last 2 weeks. My truck started to idle rough and shake. Check engine light came on. P0301 1st cylinder misfire. I changed the spark plug wires and the ignition coil. The spark plug was recently changed like 3 months ago but i havent checked it. But my truck runs fine for a day or two and it randomly comes back rough idle and shaking and check engine. But then it goes away by itself and then runs good again but will come back randomly a day or two later. Any advice on what to check next or what could be the issue? I checked for loose wiring but all seems good

 

I would suspect the cylinder 1 injector. If you search around this forum a little bit, you'll find quite a bit of info regarding injectors and P0300-P0306. Timmy the Toolman has an excellent video showing how he replaced all of the injectors on his V6.
