My tacoma has been having a rough ride when i drive it over 50mph the steering wheel shakes a little and i was wondering if any one knows what it is. I also have a 3in spacer lift in the front and it looks like my uca are almost topping out, could it be my uca?

Rough ride is from the spacer lift. The wheel shaking is from out of ballance tire/s.
