I’ve got a 2016 trd sport LCA’s have been replaced recently along with an alignment right after. it is running on 1.5 inch spacers torqued all the way around 2.5 inch lift on 33 inch wild peak at3w’s on 16 inch rims set at 35 psi but I seem to feel every bit of the road and bumps are brain rattling which is why I’m here

Lower, the psi. I think 35 is too much. E rated tires may also contribute to rough ride

I have erated at3w's and it definitely lowered ride quality. The traction is phenomenal compared to the factory tires though. Worth it for me. It's a truck, they ride like one. Do a tire chalk test and lower PSI if needed.

I had a GF 2 years ago who complained about how my (Totally stock) Taco rode so rough. I have zero problems with the ride.
I told her 'Darlin'... This is a 4x4 truck. It's designed to off-road and climb up the sides of mountains. It will never ride like a Lexus...'
Oh BTW, she's an ex-GF now.

E rated tires will feel the road. I run 33psi. It is a truck

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
On pavement, my 32 inch E load KO2s are always at 30 psi.

No lift, Bilstein 5100 and Firestone air bags in the rear. Yes, every bump is felt pretty hard, but it rides smooth if the road is.

I will put 800 pounds of gear in the bed, and never inflate then to anything over 32psi.

My previous set of KO2s never suffered any uneven tread wear at these psi, and the current set wearing even as well.

I air down to 22 psi once every week for offroad trips on brutal washboard rocky trails. Back to 30psi at end of day.

Offroad on these trails at anything over 24psi with E load tires and it is too bumpy. 22psi works well offroad.

2016 TRD OR access cab, 6 foot box. Typical offroad trail shown with these tires at 22psi.

As everyone stated, Load Range E tires will ride rough. I run mine at 30 PSI and even at that it's still pretty rough.

I keep my E rated 33 pizza cutters at 32psi. I don't understand why anyone would want a rough ride????
