Been having a rough start on my 1998 Tacoma SR5 3.4L 4x4 for a while now. When the weather is cool, the truck fires right up, but when the weather is warmer (80F+), it struggles to crank. Idling at around 2000RPM, CEL is on and the code is P0441. Things I have done so far with no luck:
1: Replaced both valves on vapor canister.
2: Replaced gas cap (cheap from Amazon, OEM coming in a few days)

When the truck starts, you can smell gasoline, and when you open the gas cap to refuel, suction can be heard/felt.
    Vapor canister needs replaced?
