That's okay, from the pictures they look about the same size roughly. I just wanted to make sure it was under 10.5-11" at the widest.

I see this GB has been going on for a little while now. Anyone know when this GB ends?

    Thanks!

We're trying not to leak any pics until we are both finished, but thats on clubfrontier. I'll post this pic for you to check out for a day then drop it until we get every thing done :D

This is his light with a test shroud:

That is with the mini Gatling gun on the projector when we formed it. Our finished shroud should look similar, but not exactly like this one.

Here is what it looks like when we form it:

And here is a clear one we did: This material was too thick, so it didn't get all of the lens

Need help guys, my drivers side would go out after 10 seconds right after turning it on. It would take 3-5 times turning it on and off for it to stay on. The two grounds i used were the stock ground spot next to the water container for windshield wipers and a bolt on the frame of the radiator support, both were sanded down pretty good. Is this normal?

Did you try swapping the ballasts from side to side? To see if the problem is related to the ballast itself.

nope i'm gonna try that out now, thanks
note- yesterday the passenger side was doing this so this morning i sandpapered the grounds and it switched to the drivers side doing the problem.

Group buy is already over so no need to rush... FX-R's are probably the best but confirm with the 1st Gen guys that they fit your housings. Second would be a toss up between the H1 and the D2S. People prefer one over the other for different reasons.

well, I used the wrong glue somehow to secure the projectors into the housings. After it didnt dry for 2 days i took them out and scraped all the glue off and I am now using epoxy. And I'm painting them an awesome color.
I will post pics when done:)

hmm...i want to get a perfect line but it seems like my passenger side is rotated so much that the screws to adjust barely do anything....My cutoff line on the right is alright but on the left sucks. anyone get it perfect?
*edit* seems like i gotta rotate the passenger side counterclockwise
