Does anybody know if TRS will be open on Monday, Veteran's Day? I'm still unable to check out via their website and they are closed on weekends so I'm unable to call in my order.

I'm able to put the items into my cart. However, when I click on "checkout" it attempts to bring me to the checkout page then it says that the website cannot display the page on Internet Explorer.

On Chrome, I get a Server Error: The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.theretrofitsource.com/checkout_shipping.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

I haven't used Safari on the PC or Firefox. However, I've tried ordering from my smartphone and my iPad. I've even used Safari, Chrome and Skyfire on the iPad and still can't place the order.

What other browsers are you guys using?

 

I'm using Chrome. I can get up to the credit card input screen, but don't really want to go further than that...

Try clearing out your cache/cookies on your home computer. Works fine on my computer with both Firefox/Chrome.

 

Tried clearing out my cache/cookies. Still didn't work. I even downloaded Firefox and it still didn't work.

 

Do you have access to another desktop/laptop?
