    Found out this morning that the ups truck that was carrying my snorkel had an accident or something and my snorkel was destroyed. Waiting to hear from ups and bob to see what will happen now.

    Would not use a hole saw... use a dremel... hole saw can and will most likely jump around on you... i used an air powered body saw on mine because thats what Ant has... but he highly recommended against the hole saw method

    If there is a center bit in the hole saw and you take your time you shouldn't have any trouble.

    Probably similar to my approach... drill big hole in center of where you need to cut then slowly cut pieces away until you cut away what you need... makig sure not to go too far to go past the edge of the snorkel body so the hole doesn't show...
