    Good lord that took forever. Thank you so much TcBob for handling this catastrophe. It's been so long it feels like I just got a free snorkel in the mail! I can barely remember the pain of shelling out $335!

    Now, time to work up the nerve and punch a hole in this taco...

    Just checked mine, all seems to be there. Scares me though that the template says " this template is a guide only". WTF?????? I am nervous enough cutting a big hole in my fender. :eek:

    I think the hole is in the right place. But if you put grease on the studs, and then line up the snorkel, the studs will be off by a little bit compared to the template? @bski22 @uurx @la0d0g

    i guess worst case scenario, the bit will jump and you will have marks all over your fender? or you drill the hole in the wrong place, and need a new fender thats possibly black..

    Have you removed the fender liner on yours? I bought new clips so if I break them it will be no big deal. Wondering how hard it is to get the liner in and out.
    I guess once you drill the pilot hole for the saw, it doesn't much matter.
