    I ordered the mini but I'm a retro virgin lol btw do you actually glue the shroud to the projector? If so what kind of glue do you guys recommend?

    And what is this morimoto 5 50w stuff for 5 bucks more. Can i put 50w through these?

    My Depos are on the way! I'm sure I'll get those before these Retros get shipped out.




    I got the same except no halos and h1 instead of the D2S...I've seen videos and pictures of both. It seems like h1s are brighter and have a more straight cut off.

    That's what I went with mini H1 with gatling gun shroud and no halo. I wanted to get something simple as I could. You west coast guys make me jealous, seems like on every street corner is someone that can help you with every mod out there lol. I'll prob be the only one in western north carolina with retrofit headlights lol

    That all looks good (though personally I went with the Philips 85122 lamp, it's 4300k and is one of the lamps that automakers use).

    Gatling gun? It's cyclical. We saw a shitload a while back, then people started using other shrouds.

    The Gatling guns work well with the halos mounted on the inside because of their pattern and they extend slightly beyond the projector.
    I was looking at some close-ups from the gallery link posted earlier and decided against them... I want something more OEM looking so I went with the Apollos.
