    Well, Grant, I don't think they are going to do very well. I can't see them winning more than 70 games in 2010. I honestly think that 70 is pushing it.

    Ankiel hit two solo shots during the Royals Intrasquad game today. DJ was a homer shy of the cycle. He didn't get his fourth AB so who knows what would have happened. Good to see the boys in blue back on the green of Surprise Stadium.
