My 16 Limited does the same thing. Even does it in reverse when backing out of the driveway. I hate that feeling of the truck "jerking" w/o my foot on the gas. Mentioned to dealer several times and guess what, they couldn't duplicate the problem.

Man this sucks. Feels like I have dozens of different issues with this truck and it only has 750km on it. There's this, then the usual transmission issues on the 3rd gen, then a creaking noise from the rear end when I park on an uphill gradient, then there's the weird forward motion feeling I get when decelerating that's apparently axle wrap. Like what the actual F.

No but I have a laundry list of complaints to give to my service manager.

    What year?
There's quite few TSBs out, that involve Camry transmissions.

My 2016 automatic V6 TRD OR does this occasionally still (very rarely). But, it seemed worse and much more frequent before I had the CPS (crank position sensor) replaced under the recall. I have over 42K miles on my truck, FWIW.

I’m creeping the 3rd Gen forum (not sure why actually), but my 2014 does this as well. It pulls me forward a bit while stopped at a light. Never thought much of it though.

    Poor gas mileage...
    Hunting gears...
    Harsh downshifts...
Won't accelerate when you want it to...

Seems to me, they can all have one thing in common; torque converter performance.

Thanks for posting that video, very informative. It's a very well rated dealership, I'm hoping that they did but I am going to bring it elsewhere on my next service and see how they treat the situation
