    My intention here is to see how close the 2nd is when in top gear in comparision to the 3rd gen in S5 fifth gear without using 6th.

    I think the 2nd Gen was a 0.72 ratio in 5th gear with the 3.73 axle ratio. Probably 1600rpms @ 55mph
