I've got a 2017 SR5. Noticed for awhile now when in park and truck is running. I seem to jump from 500 to 1000 RPMs.
I've seen a few other posts about this but it was usually manual transmissions. Anyone have this going on? Because other than that. The truck is flawless.

I was thinking about it being the AC so I I just plum turned off the AC and it still varies. Not as much. But nope. Doesn't idle rough.
Thank you! (Just wanted to see what other people thought/experienced)

Oh I'm sure. Everyone is still getting home from work. haha
Plus I'm only at 2k miles so it hasn't been taken in for its first check up yet. I'll get there eventually.

Mine idles around 800 normally and will fluctuate if heater/ac is on or if i push the brake pedal. These are all considered normal.
Basically anything that may put some load on the engine will cause the idle to change.
