    welp, both places have plenty of areas to test the locker. as long as you dont stay on the beaten path. on the beaten path you wont notice a difference until you turn.

    you need an off camber situation

    yeah

    but still not as effective as 4wd with open front and rear diffs. Having the front pull the truck over obstacles is a huge advantage.
