I 100% agree with you. I'm going to call my supplier tomorrow and get accurate numbers & lead times to give you guys an accurate update. Going to work closely with the supplier to make sure this doesn't happen again. Appreciate you for continuing to support us despite all the hiccups and delays. I placed my order only two weeks ago, so I am still pretty high on patience.

However, I hear everyone’s frustration and I would appreciate an accurate and realistic estimate on how long I will be waiting for the product I purchase.

Well I’m on week 10 (when I ordered stated leaded time was 2-3 weeks) now and per RRW this is from primaryly bad powder coating but also due to slow fabrication. They were supposed to be sent out last week it seems however the powder coater messed up agian....

So if this path of issues keeps happening I'd say 10-12 weeks.

If RRW gets it together maybe it could be the lead time they are saying.

Update!

We have 28 sets of sliders coming in near the end of next week (Wednesday or Thursday). We're going to prep for this upcoming batch in the meantime. I'll be emailing all the orders that are in this huge batch tomorrow.

Our supplier will need a few days to figure out the lead times for the remaining orders. I'll keep you guys posted on this new batch.

I got an email from RRW confirming I’m in this batch and i'm #1744 so i'm hoping you're in this batch too, man. 28 sliders, we're 16 #s apart so I'd say you're safe especially given a lot of their order #s will come from their wheels and other vehicle sliders.

Just emailed all the orders that fall under this next batch of sliders that are coming in. I'll be updating the numbers I gave you on here when they get shipped out.

 

Finally installed them. Mine are awesome!

I’d say it does need one more bolt for rear part of slider by the kickout to make them super stable. But as-is im sure they’ll do the job

That is a great point. I hadn't considered that all of their order numbers follow the same format. My optimism has increased (for now)!

 

love the optimism! I've got a feeling that batch 1 was very small, batch 2 is pretty sizable considering there are 28 sets of sliders for the tacoma only. this doesn't include their lexus sliders so i'd bet they're pushing 40 sets of sliders in manufacturing + PC + shipping at the low price of $600. batch 3 (likely your batch) should be smooth sailing once all the kinks are worked out.

 

I sure hope so! I haven't received any confirmation or update yet. Just waiting here...
