RRW RR7-H insane delay!?

Anyone else hop on the pre-order on these? Expected ship date was supposed to be late March and now it’s May. They sent me the “tracking” with which ship it was on but it seems like that shipping name (or whatever it is, vessel I think) is not even searchable anywhere. Just wondering if there’s anyone else here that’s on the same boat as me (no pun intended)

 

Same thing happening to me for the RR7-H. My original delivery date was early march. Emailed them a few times and just kept getting different dates, late March, early May, and now no response. I did track the ship and it showed it was in long beach on May 6th.

 

I emailed them a couple of days ago and they said they were waiting for the container to get through customs.

 

I feel like we should be getting it soon, the ship left the coast so I’m assuming all of the shipments have been dropped off

 

My RR6's ordered in December were delivered in late March due to the shipping container issues in LA. Everything is having issues. Be patient for some nice wheels!

 

We should be getting them really soon. Just got an email saying fedex tracking number has been created

Mine finally came in mid June, they look nice but would never order from RRW again. They have horrible customer service and don't respond to emails even if you email to cancel your order or for a refund.

 

I had a very different experience when I emailed them about my order in the past. Received quick, courteous replies. Not debating your experience, I’m just surprised given my own with them.

 

This isn't just a RRW issue. I ordered my Evo Corse DakarZeros in April, expected delivery in August. Then September...then October. We will see how long it actually takes. Both manufacturing and shipping industries have been hit hard over the past couple years.

 

As sad as it sounds, there is a huge delay on goods that arrive from overseas. We're experiencing long delays here at work and unfortunately, it's causing us issues with production.

 

Glad to hear someone is getting wheels! Still waiting on my Evo Corse DakarZeros...another delay. Now its late November? Ordered in April.

Ha, ordered Advan RG-D2's on 2/22/21 and they just arrived last week - 11 months. Supply chain issues suck these days.

 

Still waiting on my Evo Corse DakarZeros. Ordered early April 21. I was told they hit port up in the North East somewhere 2 weeks ago. Waiting for them to clear Customs still.

 

I gave up on them. It was a risk to order rims sight unseen. But after being told "they are on the ship" then "they are at the dock" then "Nope. they never came in".
Getting Fuel, Methods, Icon, or SCS is the better way to go. Might still have to wait, but at least you will get them.

 

I have a set of 5 up for sale black with aluminum protection rings in mint condition in San Diego/So Cal if anyone is interested. I can post on classified yet.

 

I had zero issues getting mine when they were scheduled to be shipped out.

 

Delivery scheduled for Thursday, 24 Feb. Only 10 1/2 months! Now I gotta pick some tires...
