So I placed a pre order on rr7h 17x8.5 -12 offset. I'm planing on doing bilstein 6112 and 5160 shocks and aal. I ordered -12 because I want to have a slight poke for lil more aggressive look and run 285/70 or 285/75 question is will 2 -2.5 inch lift work with that offset or should I try to get a 0?

You will have to trim and do a CMC for those sizes and offset

These are RR6-H’s at 17x8.5 -25 and they rubbed a good amount with my 6112/5160 setup. I drove it for a few months and dealt with the rubbing but ended up doing a CMC from a local 4x4 shop for a couple hundred dollars. -12 might be good but you’re cutting it close. If you definitely want to stay away from a CMC i’d go with 0 offset for no headaches. Negative offset looks great though!
