Seems as if the warranty information was dodged several times. What is the warranty?

Just finished installing the new covers. Total time was about 6 hours. Only issue was installing the headrest covers. Tore 3 out of the 4 I installed. Did not install the rear seat center headrest. On the last headrest I put a big bag on the headrest and used a shop vac to shrink it down. That one did not tear. I did install seat heaters. Still need to install the switch and wiring. Overall everything went ok.

This is my first time doing any upholstery work so I cannot compare them to anything else. The headrest covers could have extra material sewn around the posts. On the front seats there is a plastic channel that slips over the lower front of the seat frames where the original channel has a small lip that catches on the metal frame. I am wondering if it will come off after long term use. The latch pull for the rear seat does not have the plastic trim around it. Everything else looks like factory.

Here is the first headrest I done and this is the worst one. It cannot be seen when the headrest is installed. Overall for the $550 I have invested in everything I am pleased. If I was to sell, I am confident I would get more than what I spent.

Noted I'll let the R&D guys know! You can use steam to smooth out the wrinkles on the cover! (Do not use a heat gun as it could potentially burn the seats)

That's just installed pics. They did get better after setting in them for a short trip.

Mine got smoother over time with many of the wrinkles gone after the first 1 - 2 weeks.

Yea they definitely get better over time but if you want instant results upholstery shops usually use steam to smooth it out. But I did it the same way you guys did and let mine settle themselves. 1 year later and they still feel amazing :p

Having trouble with the front seats. The driver side bottom wont stay attached to the seats frame at the front of the seat.

Is it supposed to roll over in order to hook onto the frame? Or are my seat covers made incorrectly. IMG_20190921_225050.jpg IMG_20190921_225111.jpg IMG_20190921_225141.jpg

You need to roll the clip into the frame on that section.

Nah, I fought with it forever. I get it to hook in and it just slowly rolls off. Thinking of checking an upholstery shop can do anything different.

Hate to hear that. I’m very interested in those seat covers and wanted to install them myself. What do you think about the quality?

You know the front seats are by far the hardest part of the install, but I was also in a rush to finish as I needed to drive the next morning. I got everything done except for the front lip. The only reason is that it refused to hold on and would roll off. It is doable on your own.

Quality? They are really nice. They are not perfect like the OEM seat covers, but they are close. Only problem I see is the holes they made for the head rest are kinda not in the right place, and some have a bit of a tear. But that does not show as they are covered by the plastic base, or the head rest itself.

The back rest on the back seats have a gap about a half inch from the seat bottoms. So you can slide your hand between them with no problem. The seat belt buckles fall in easily. But you can easily grab them since your hand fits no problem.

All in all they look and feel more expensive than they are. I give them 8/10. Would buy again.

Here are some pics. The seats look great, but as you can see the gap, and the small tears in head rest kinda suck a little.

Are there plans to bring these back? I checked the site and the Tacoma version is no longer there
