Im still debating on these.

 

Right? All the bad news about LED bulb replacements for other trucks in the past has me VERY skeptical.

These are more white than blue, I know its always hard to tell from pics but I think you mentioned you were in Colorado. If you are I can definitely come and show you how they look in person.

 

Do you see these replacing the need for an led light bar?

 

Definitely not if you intend to actually need a lightbar. A good one puts out a TON of light.

Of course a light bar isn't legal on-highway.

 

I don't foresee these replacing light bars but are a good compliment to them. for every day driving and a little off road use is fine with these replacement LED lights

They are very bright but for off-road you'd probably want a light bar. But if you're like me and trying to determine which bumper/lights route you want to go with, these LEDs should keep you happy and the road/trail lit up until your decision is made

 

Thanks for the input. I don't know that I'll be doing much night off-roading. Sounds like the new lights will be enough for what I'm doing.

 

Who else would like to get in on the Group Buy, we are getting close to being half way there. If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

 

Stupid question but I like to know what I'm getting into without a gray area: a single "kit" constitutes 2 bulbs one for left and right sides, correct? The prices are that good.

I'm in on the group buy for an H4 and H11 kit, 6500k cause in California the fog ain't really ever that bad.

As if it needs to be said: if the kits aren't both L & R sides I will need more time to consider the inclusion into the group buy.

 

The Kit includes, two bulbs L & R side and two LED voltage/canbus controllers for the prices listed.
