I don’t work for you. You can find them yourself on this site. You don’t know how use a search function. That’s the only hint I’m going to give you. Now maybe start a thread about how cool your fiberglass 1960s shell is and talk about it all day long.

I don't block many people here but Ol' Grandpa Cap has been blocked. Why is he even here?

Click on "ignore" and we can all move on.

I would love to see him put 700 pounds of static weight on that high topper. Even 300 would probably collapse that thing in a week.

well no shit. thats not whats its for, you could always put a ladder rack over the shell if you wanted to but idk why someone would carry 700lbs on a shell. I saww the rsi thought it was overpriced and just wanted to see what the fuss was about but I got my answer lol

You do realize you are adding no value to this thread about RSI SmartCaps? You’re just telling us all how your fiberglass topper is the tits when you have no experience with an RSI other than you saw a guy with one once and checked it out. We get it, you think they suck. Most of us in this thread disagree because we have had issues with fiberglass in the past and we bought SmartCaps to avoid those issues.

I pre-ordered a cap for my second gen back in August. I thought the agreement was to pay the remaining balance once the cap came in stock and was ready to ship (originally estimated 12/25). I just got an email with an invoice requesting I pay the balance in full ASAP with a new estimated ship time of February or March. Am I at risk for losing my place in line? I really don't want to have $3500 tied up with the delays already experienced and it still being weeks or months even from shipping.

We have always tried to collect balances ~45/60 days out. If you'd like, we're happy to cancel and refund your deposit.

That's not at all what I wan't. Just wasn't expecting to have to pay in full potentially months in advance. Thank you for the clarification.
