For those guessing RSI Adventure Cap delivery dates.

I ordered mine on 28 March 2023 and it was delivered to Raleigh NC on 5 July. Awaiting install. I haven't seen it yet but think it has the old latches.

Another positive rec for Cody at Offroad Alliance who provided constant comms throughout. Cody said there is a way to order the new latches but details are tbd.

Just FYI.

 

Glad we got your cap shipped out! We've been shipping out dozens of the 5ft Adventure caps over the last few weeks. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

 

A RSI sr. tech told me that the new latches will be available "towards the end of this year".

 

I ordered my 6' EVOa around December 20th last year and I haven't heard a thing from Cap-It in Canada. It's like pulling teeth trying to get any information.

 

I ordered my 6’ EVOs from Overland Outfitters back in Sept 22. Still waiting on it, but OO has been fantastic with their comms to me on expected delivery.

I talked with them a few months ago about placing an order… terrible communication, totally unprofessional.
There was no way they were getting my money. Funny thing was I always thought they were shit, that just confirmed it.
Hopefully you can get your cap or your money back.

Agreed that Offroad Alliance has provided great customer service in terms of providing updates regarding RSI's production schedule. I've been waiting for a 6ft EVOa since December 2021. Not sure why RSI decided to produce a whole bunch of a one style at a time, instead of rotating through several styles to ensure backfilled orders are completed.
