I sheared a hinge pin on my rear cap door/window. Any idea where to buy replacements in Canada? I don't think I can replace the pin; I'll need the whole hinge assembly.

Do the hinges need to be lubed regularly?

That’s not a bad idea. I would probably wrap that in a microfiber towel. I’ll see about getting one as well if nobody has a better solution.

Super easy, its one screw per latch. Doesn't take more than a few minutes to replace all 6.

I’m looking into this cap for the future and I like the side windows. However, I don’t have a dog and I don’t plan to get one…. Does the cap have an option that doesn’t include the small/round side window? The small window seems like an extra place to leak or break and I personally think it would look better without it.

No, they only have the Adventure model with solid panels on the sides or the Sport version with the side windows that have the small square windows that open.
I don't believe anyone here has had issues with those leaking over time.

I couldn’t find anywhere in Canada that had them in stock when I was looking in April , I ended up going with the alucab load bars from Capit. They make a RSI compatible kit and they’ve been perfect!

Did a quick search, not an exhaustive one....

What are people using to mount things to the MOLLE panels? Was searching around for MOLLE nuts and it seems that no one makes the standard 1"x1" opening. Im looking at the MOLLE panel for the roof as well, and I assume those arent going to be a standard dimension either. Putco, builtight, R4T, etc all have different dimensions, none that fit it seems.

I’ve been using these seatosummit TPU straps in various sizes. I’ve mounted a few things to my panels and can unfortunately already feel the weight on the pistons.IMG_7265.jpg
