As always, thank you for the quick feedback and support. You obviously take pride in your business and providing good customer service, thanks!

So if I ordered one now, would I have a chance to get locks that can open from the inside? Would the artist formerly known as RSI send them out or would I need to wait until Q3 or Q4 when the new stuff is rolling out of the factory?

Will the new locks be provided? or do we have to order them separately?

Remove the latches (and handle for the rear). Find a corner like I marked on the photo below and get an edge peeled up- pull slowly along the length of the decal until it all comes off. GooGone is only needed in the places where the adhesive is left over, which if your lucky won't be too much. There's a trick to how fast you pull and at what angle (and maybe temperature)- but you'll inevitably leave some adhesive in places. Soak those areas in GooGone and let them sit a while, scrape with a credit card or fingernail or anything that won't scratch the paint. You may have to repeat this process a few times to let the GooGone get all the way into the left over adhesive- but once it does your cap will wipe clean. Wash it with soap and water and marvel at it's beauty...

Just a note- if you look on post 393 and 396, you'll notice on my side panels that I copied the angles of the front decal and cut the rear decal to match. That way I could remove just the logo part, and leave the unmarked decals which I thought looked kinda cool. If you go to cut your decal use a sharp knife and super light pressure - you only have to score it a bit, and not even go all the way through, as it's super easy to scratch the paint- which I definitely did.

We don't have those details currently. Once these get closer to being available, we'll update TW.

Jeff got me set up for the EVO last week but the moment the EVOa came out a couple days later, he helped me switch my order over as soon as I saw it. I'll get some pics up with my lunar rock pro as soon as I can get that thing out here.

Same here had an evo on order messaged them yesterday not expecting a response on Sunday. Within 2 hrs jeff responded said it would no problem and he would take care of the switch in the morning. Woke up today to a confirmation of the change and refund of the difference. Amazing customer service and has earned my business for future orders

Mine is on an F150 so it is probably different- but the big thing is the spacing is tapered front to back on my cap- not parallel.
I would be curious to know if the Tacoma version is also.

Tacoma version is also tapered. I can get dimensions later this evening.

@speed_of_a_human I'm really happy with mine. I have had to start carrying a can of lock de-icer in the cab just in case the locks freeze on me, but that's only happened once. I pressure washed my truck yesterday and didn't have any unexpected water intrusion (at least none that was due to the cap). In my experience the quality of the product is great, but I think RSI dropped the ball on their North American rollout (missing wiring harnesses, I've heard of a number of panels damaged in shipping, etc), and combined with standard pandemic shipping issues it's left a lot of folks frustrated. I received my load bars yesterday after 4 months of waiting and they only shipped with one set of mounting hardware... but Andy at @OffroadAlliance.com helped me out this morning and they're supposedly on their way. Can't recommend those guys enough.

Did you call RSI? I had the same issue yesterday, the box looked like it busted open on one end. I ha 2 feet and 5 sets of nuts and bolts. RSI told me they don't have any spare parts in NA so they are shipping them from south africa. Still nice that someone answers the phone/calls you back and follows up. Definitely agree, @OffroadAlliance.com guys are the best support ive ever dealt with

Would a dekar medium pack be enough to support the weight if that's all I have in the rear?

@Relyk711 No, I contacted OA first since I bought it through them and they filed the warranty claim for me immediately. To be fair to RSI, their rep emailed back within minutes and got the parts on their way. My box was also broken (looked like it bent and tore where the load bars ended) but the plastic wrap was all still intact. I had all of the feet and bolts for one bar, but the other was MIA.

That would be great if you could get the inner dimension between the rails at the front and back.

I got an updated invoice for my EVOa on Monday, and 11am Tuesday morning, I had an unexpected freight delivery on my driveway. The one hour estimate for assembly and installation is incredibly ambitious.PXL_20210120_133209767.jpg PXL_20210120_133224969.jpg PXL_20210120_190849472.jpg

The cap weights in around 185lbs or so. You should be fine with the mediums.

Cap looks great! Can you post some close up pictures of the interior molle panels?
