Crap. I just bought a hard 20. I don't regret it as I think it will be useful.

I think I'm going to exchange this one. It has a hole in the plastic around the holes for the lock. And the lock holes don't align to fit a lock on it. There's also some dents on that corner. I feel like they could prevent wasting all this money shipping if they just spent $1-$2 more on packaging.

This, I was truly surprised with the packaging, but I guess you need to find ways to cut cost if you want to undercut the competition by such a wide margin.

Sorry the pictures are so huge, I'm not sure how to resize. Damn these 4k phone cameras lol. Their customer services was great though and initiated an exchange for me.

Yeah thats pretty bad, I would have returned that too. Mine just had some scuffs on it that could be wiped off, no damage though.

That's odd. FYI my RTIC 45 arrived in a large cardboard box.

I have it boxed back up and ready to go back. I'll update on the next one. I don't mind some scuffs or scratches given the price, but this one was really bad with the foam showing in the melted hole.

Received my Tan 65 today! Luckily mine arrived in a box, no damage. Can't wait to throw it in the bed and put it to use!

If anyone is on the fence about this deal jump on it, this cooler is legit and should hold up to many years of use...

Anyone see that RTIC and Yeti reached some agreement in their lawsuit? Rtic posted it on their Instagram this morning. Basically said they will continue to keep doing what they're doing, but some products with change slightly.
