RTPX-RX-TN rail mount rotopax container size

2016 Tocoma accesscab TRD

I am thinking of buying the Rotopax side rack rail mounting bracket - RTPX-RX-TN. My questions: 1) will the bracket and rail mount be sturdy enough for off-road. seems like the single point of contact in rail and the leveraged rotopax mount point for the container will flex or rattle (be unstable). Any comments?
2) will the RTPX-RX-TN support the rotlpax 3 gallon or is the mounting holes too low to align with the container interfering with truck bed?
