Hey guys I have an access cab with a 6 foot bed with an ARE CX camper shell on it. I’m thinking about putting a rtt on the shell and more specific the CVT mt Hood which is a hardshell. I’m just wondering if anyone has run into any issues with the camper cracking or adverse effects from have the tent mounted up there? Any info is appreciated thanks

Same bed and shell, no issues here. When I did mount my rails for the rack on top of the shell, I put unistrut on the inside of the shell, so that probably helps distribute the load some.
