2015 Tacoma TRD

I’m looking to buy a tonneau cover that (under $1k) that is compatible with RTT bed racks. I am aware of KB Voodoo products making ones for folding covers, however, I’m looking for something a little higher mounting so that I can utilize the side “extra room” around the ladder on a RTT.

Will I have to get a retractable or rolling bed cover? If so, what’s something that is sturdy and won’t completely break the bank?
