What do you guys use to treat/dress your rubber door seals or plastic trim around your truck? I've heard of Mother's Back to Black might work? Any others? Preferably something without silicone and nothing that leaves an oily residue. Thanks!

What are you trying to do? There's products that are great for the person that's just performing regular cleaning. And there's products that are good if you're trying to restore.

According to 303 that product is now discontinued, so you'd have to scavenge whatever suppliers have left.

Amazon still has that 303 rubber seal protectant for what its worth..

I use the 303 aerospace protectant on my interior plastics/black rear view mirrors and other black exterior trim and it works great - better than anything else I tried -

Restore/dress/protect faded rubber/plastic exterior trim pieces. Same with interior vinyl/rubber/plastic pieces.

I'll at least comment on the exterior plastic pieces and recommend you go with a more "permanent" style trim coating (i.e. ceramic, nano polymers, etc.) that actually chemically bonds directly to the original substrate surface (plastic). Once you use these "permanent" trim coatings like a GTechniq C4, Cerakote, Wipe New, etc. you'll quickly realize all of the other temporary dressings are just a waste of time.
